Your workplace has chosen to use the Swedish Labour Law Office MBL 11 as an independent party to receive reports or whistleblowing from you. The workplace has chosen to do this to increase your safety and willingness to report wrongdoing. Your workplace wants to be able to correct wrongdoing and therefore would like reports to be received.

You are offered 4 options to report misconduct. We suggest that you first schedule a telephone meeting. This gives us the opportunity to investigate and ask questions so that we can get a clear picture of the issues you are reporting.

The report is anonymous if you wish to do so towards the workplace. Should anonymity need to be revealed in order for the report to be handled adequately, that is your decision.
