Your workplace has chosen to use Arbetsrätsbyrån MBL 11 as an independent party to receive reports or whistleblowing from you. The workplace has chosen to do this to increase your confidence and willingness to report misconduct. Your workplace wants to be able to correct wrongdoings and therefore wants reports to be done.
Here you are offered 4 opportunities to make a report about misconduct. We suggest that you book a time for a telephone meeting in the first place. In this way, we get the opportunity to investigate and ask questions so that we can get a clear picture of the problems that you report.
The report is anonymous if you want it in relation to the workplace. Should the anonymity need to be revealed in order for the report to be handled adequately, that is your decision.
